It's troublesome isn't it? We all know they need cash. Yet these same shareholders are happy to collect stock on market. That is precisely why some of these small companies struggle. One big problem here is that they have been back to shareholders multiple times at ever reducing prices.
In the end though it does not make sense for any existing holder to buy shares outside the raising. Buying at $0.,064 or $0.061 does nothing at all to save your existing holding. It does add to the likelihood that RNE will not raise the necessary funds to make a success. Does anyone really think a few points of a cent is material to the actual cash laid out? We have had poor management over many years that simply failed to get things done in a timely manner. Also did not keep the market updated as to what was going on. How many quarterly updates did we get with no commentary ?
It does seem now that they are at least trying to perk market interest. They need to get their finger out and actually DO something and get it completed.
