I'd expect with nearly $5m in the coffers, there might not be much need for additional script, unless it were to incentivize and ensure the management/owner team in the acquired company stay on in their role.

Given what Spectrum was sold for , I could see another 2-3 smaller acquisitions to gain scale in Singapore/Philippines totaling $1-$2m perhaps. With the company's cash generation, they could add a Spectrum and Riyo equivalent each calendar year and maintain their cash on hand.

What a great position to be in..!
