No demand ?? isn't what the MOU order was for ?? Very hard to try and sell something without a product ?? as they are still waiting for approvals for a License for production I can not see how they can sell a product they have not got in hand , am I missing something ?? , plenty of people build factories so they can produce something and sell it ?? sometimes cheaper to rent but is one is very confident in the sales then one would build a factory . IMO very normal
