My take only, on reading the ASX and the email in my in box......

AAT looks very positive to be resolved

They are hinting they might settle for less than what they say is $8M outstanding taking into account interest
We also drop 11M off our bottom line of debt or contingent debt

That is a huge outcome for us.........

DES, not sure how that will go, the Company obviously has some documents they think will sink DES, the fact they are going so public means they have a silver bullet and looks like Gov at all costs are trying to shut them down. I now however they say they always look for a win win, is that an effort to bring DES to the table.

I have also just looked at the 2017 release, they have financials in there which state if Silver cracks $29 they are making 170M in 8 years.......
