    awesome thanks Gold, much appreciated. it is definitely the preferred option for me /most shareholders I'd imagine. have seen a few old blockchain companies restructure and fly out of the cents zone... never know. we've water this long.

    let's hope the divestment is the start of our restructure to big and better things (along with approval!!).
