The following is the only reference to Tata Consulting Services in this update:

Company Announcements:
On 4 December 2019 BrainChip and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced that the
Company would jointly present a demonstration featuring Akida Neuromorphic Technology
Platform at NeurIPS 2019. The Company demonstrated hand gesture recognition using DVS
spiking input on the Akida Neuromorphic Technology Platform at this leading industry
conference.

Very recently BRN thanked their teams in France, Australia, USA & India.

In the update there is no reference to India whatsoever except by reading India into the joint presentation with Tata Consultancy Services and by researching where the two TCS engineers are located.

Unless there is a Non Disclosure Agreement in place with Tata Consulting Services why else would this update not provide something more than the above statement when clearly all sorts of possible opportunities must have been opened up in India for Brainchip if they did not exist prior to the disclosure of the joint presentation as this would have surely given them credibility in the Indian technology market place.

The size and extent of Tata Groups reach in India makes it possible that a company with a technology to sell might enter a Heads of Agreement and Non Disclosure Agreement which apart from anything else gave Tata an exclusive agency for the particular technology in the Indian market.

I am mindful that it could also mean that the above statement by Brainchip could mean nothing more to see/nothing happening with India however this would not sit with the joint written statement on the presentation that the next step was to build a robot based on the Akida platform.
