why would Brainchip apply for an export licence to China, if we had nothing in the pipeline ?
There is another answer to that unfortunately. I.e. because they have said are contemplating opening a center in Shanghai and there would be no point in doing that if they could not export the tech there. So let's hope your answer is the right one. Maybe the webcast will clarify.
