If this Company can get its act together, it will be one mean beast, its learned the hard way, about what happens when you keep (intentionally or not) misleading its share holders. Ralph is a very large shareholder, I wonder how he feels having his shareholding value, completely decimated and he only has himself to blame. Its not like there are already 2 billion shares on issue either, there are only 322 million, but now we dont have the capacity to raise anything meaningful, around this price (we may have been out of capacity already, because of the recent raise?) Its not like there are no other options, we do have customers, isn't forward sales an option? More debt? Directors mortgaging their homes?.. Has anyone contacted the Company for comment? (Hint, abusive language, wont get an appropriate response)

I wrote to Ralph and suggested that this is what happens when promises are broken (cash flow positive) and a complete lack of transparency results, also suggesting he learns from his mistake. In a simple and matter of fact email.
