Yes indeed QT, follow your nose. No doubt all the proof has been buried deep beneath a quagmire of legal uninterpretable interptetations. This mob was one of the last to be granted a back door listing before said door was slammed shut. It's all too much to post here. Suffice to say that xpe are an excellent case for anyone studying corporate finance, a shining example of what not to do & how it should never be done. imo
