    "closing the funding arrangement" What arrangement?

    The AGY word play at its finest.. giving the impression they are an inch within closing a deal.. i don't buy it..

    The buzz word "resolution" also makes its first appearance.

    Lets see if the die hards can find some nuggets in this one!
