I think this is a positive announcement.
1. They're not bleeding cash.
2. They have enough money to ride out the corona virus storm.
3. They're progressing a funding solution for the 2,000tpa plant. This is the most important thing at this point in time. Suspending the pilot plant is a nothing.
In fact management have been quite forthcoming in stating the fact that the corona virus is effecting them. I haven't noticed any other mining stocks mentioning this when it's probably significantly impacting their operations.
