So they did nothing this year?? how about some pay cuts for the directors who from their poor no terrible track record should probably resign anyways? these guys are just an absolute joke, the market has lost confidence in them a long time ago....it's time for the Chairman to do the right thing and go, after all this time he can't think he has done a good job?? what has the company achieved under his watch, that's right nothing but cash burn and dilution he is out of his depth ....pathetic
