It could have been much worse. This could have gone straight into suspension and bye bye. This possibly is the right decision for them in these challenging times. They are trying to get breathing space and refinance while they can. The writing was probably on the wall that Carlyle wanted to push it into administration and do a deed of company arrangement. They are pr-empting such a move and trying to stir up some interest. I guess whatever they receive is better than what they were going to get from Carlyle.
