Ann: Company Update, page-107

I have emailed investor relations asking for a general business update to the market or the possibility of arranging an investor Q&A over Zoom, obviously no response.

As shareholders, what are our options? Management is not keeping us informed, suspension keeps dragging on and given the length of time this has been going on, it appears less and less likely the company will remain viable. Are management breaching their director duties? Should a complaint be made to ASIC/ATO?

Not trying to stir the pot but trying to legitimately understand what we can do? MY money has been locked up and I simply want out. I am afraid the company will keep doing what it is doing and eventually go into VA without the shareholders given any opportunity to sell their shares on market.
