So it's OK for CDY to sell the tests before we know if they work, but it's not OK for the company to trade until we know if the tests work?

On this basis, every mining explorer on the boards ought to be in suspension, until they can tell us whether they have a viable mine, and every other biotech should be suspended until they get FDA approval for commercial release of their technology.

It's a bullsh*t announcement. If the ASX had a problem with the company's suggested rebuttal of the AFR article, then don't post the rebuttal (it was uncalled-for anyway). The only information the market really lacks, is what in God's name is happening about CDY's sales of these tests. Tell us that, Maria, and we're grown-ups, we can all make informed decisions about what the stock is worth.
