Ann: Company Update, page-27

Interesting thoughts and takes.

Personally I see the ann as good news. Considering the scenario where someone or a company has a "great idea" and a certain direction, it's the people that are going to potentially buy it that are going to drive it in the direction they want. I don't see 4DS pushing for a different direction to satisfy themselves unless they decided against a buy-out. If there wasn't potential I don't see why WD would provide input and continue to see it through.

The way I see it, WD sees potential, and are involved in making changes to drive the product in their direction. Now it's up to 4DS and their product to show results.
