Jesus you guys are so closed minded - have a bit of faith in the process. The company clearly outlined in previous announcements that they CAN'T complete the analysis of the 1st Megabit platform integrated chip due to restrictions in California.
What are they doing in the mean time? Well they aren't wasting any time in protecting SHAREHOLDER VALUE by confirming the recipe heck PERFECTING the wafer recipe at IMEC which is still OPEN. (you guys want to complain about getting a better more valuable recipe??) If anything the close involvement of WD in this process should make us even more CONFIDENT in the next stages.
Additionally, 4DS has outlined that they WILL continue to begin on the 2nd Megabit platform integrated after covid restrictions have been lifted. So what do we have to look forward to? We have another set of results in addition to the 1st Megabit Platform chip to inform the next round of megabit chips. They seem to be making up for lost time by getting a better understanding of the chip and trying to improve it.
