yes Khoutam but why now? And why revert back to the previous wafer? If they wanted to tweak the Mb chip they could have done that - that would have been fine. WD had plenty of chances to get their required specs with all the original wafer iterations.
The fact that they are reverting back suggests that the Mb chip didn't work. It is my feeling that they are covering this up in this announcement and trying to spin the bad news
