So the new BOD have realised the 2019 financial statements were creatively completed (reference JB statement that they're completed and in for signing some 6 months ago) and find it necessary to re-finalise them prior to lodgement. I'm also guessing the Audit Partner refused to sign until amendments were made. I'll be paying attention to how close we are to trading insolvent - as that's what the cash flow statements suggest..

Sad to see it de-list. Great to see the BOD tried for an extension.
