The terms of the executed Sale and Purchase Agreement are consistent with the binding term sheet executed by the parties (Refer ASX release 20 September 2019).The assets being sold are all of the assets required for the Gilded Rose project (including tenements EPM 14475, ML 2709, ML 2713, ML 2718 and ML 2719), processing plant and equipment located onthe tenements and all information held by Ausmex about the project
