I think most of the criticism of AMG is fair, the JORC was amateur hour and it appeared rushed despite the fact that they had so much time to prepare and realise it. The communication was often ridiculously late, bizarre and overly optimistic to the point where you could argue it was misleading. There is literally zero value in blindly putting faith in a BOD.

I personally felt the company update was going to be negative.

Im very pleasantly surprised. The update was well written and clear. As many have said, the resignation of the 3 directors seems to have been for the better of the company
