As someone who worked in the wine industry for nearly 7 years, I can tell you that wine makers and wineries interact with each other a lot and share their ideas / equipment / collaborate. The bigger this gets, the more word of mouth it will get among producers in the industry. That's huge, because wineries will see the success other wineries are having with this new service and jump on board.
