One thing that i meant to ask as it doesn't quite make sense to me, is how making all the depots temperature controlled 'reduces the cost of doing business'? Did anyone else think this bit doesn't make sense?
I would of thought that if u decide to refrigerate all the depots to 12 degrees or whatever it is for optimum wine storage wouldn't that cost a shit load more to establish with the installation of refrigeration plants etc plus the running costs of the extra electricity? But since the depots are owned by Border Express does that make it their problem or would we be paying for this add on? Just looking into Border Express doesn't look like they currently have refrigeration at their depots, but I could be wrong
