I would of thought that if u decide to refrigerate all the depots to 12 degrees or whatever it is for optimum wine storage wouldn't that cost a shit load more to establish with the installation of refrigeration plants etc plus the running costs of the extra electricity? But since the depots are owned by Border Express does that make it their problem or would we be paying for this add on? Just looking into Border Express doesn't look like they currently have refrigeration at their depots, but I could be wrong

I think what he is saying is that being temp controlled will attract clients rather than having longer time to on board new clients so a saving there and if we have this wine storage advantage it means less cost trying to compete against poss copy cat operations in future so that could be what is being said IMO also poss reduction in sales costs too
