Hey market, there’s three random people in the US who are looking to find out if they have the possibility of taking MCT to court over issues surrounding something to do with what the entity did previously. Us people who are here now literally have no clue about it.
Then a month later, oh hey market, yeah don’t worry, turns out their application got dismissed. Sorry about that.

Have you considered that MCT may not have even knew about these proceedings?
Have you considered that even if they did hear about it, the legal advice could’ve been just completely ignore it?
Don’t get me wrong, the previous MCT MD was worthless, but you can’t say Jason has put a foot wrong.
This whole “what other skeletons are there in the closet that holders don’t know about” just wreaks of bitterness. It’s not based on anything factual or even intelligent get guesswork.
