Have you considered that even if they did hear about it, the legal advice could’ve been just completely ignore it?
Don’t get me wrong, the previous MCT MD was worthless, but you can’t say Jason has put a foot wrong.
This whole “what other skeletons are there in the closet that holders don’t know about” just wreaks of bitterness. It’s not based on anything factual or even intelligent get guesswork.

Yeah, what should they have announced in 2018? Yet, they find it worthwhile to announce in 2020.....

I will rest my case and observe from the sidelines from now on. And wish you all the best.
