Good to point out but there could be many, many factors to this fluctuating. It's possible that people will buy in bulk to stock up for 3 months and then buy another bulk order. As we grow in orders / customers we will take on a range of customers who will order both large and small quantities. If you want to understand the trend you would need to look at this over 6 months + to get a true indication.
