My thoughts on this matter are that this has been somewhat priced into the SP for over 2 years now, and it is the reason why it has appeared so undervalued. Whether or not the market expected this amount of settlement I guess we will find out tomorrow. The market hates uncertainty, so now that this has been fully resolved maybe the SP can begin to move to its true value. Long term I still believe this company will go far, especially now this has been resolved.
