There is no escaping. Now it is a matter of who gets screwed and how much? Even here, look at the fools rushing to borrow to their eyeballs to buy poor quality house 50km from CBD that is more expensive than buying 3 bed apartment in CBD Vienna with quality that will last 200 years. Madness.
Now think if these people can withstand 200 basis points hike in rates. Lol Some struggle to service their interest only loans let alone to try to start paying off the principal.
Bottom line - I see price of gold going much higher than where it is now. hope I am right.
