David confirmed at the AGM they are under no obligation to sell to WDC, or any particular party for that matter.
Directors also confirmed that they are dealing with unsolicited contact from numerous players.

All bodes well.

And July quarter is still plausible for serious acquisition discussions. They would receive the second platform lot by April/ May. Then analysis results announcement to market in May.
They may proceed to do a third platform lot or they may be able to confirm the sale feasibility on the second platform lot.
If they elect to do a third platform lot before acquisition, then that's only another quarter.
