2. Results of Annual General Meeting
3. December 2020: Wafer results
4. imec extension
5. December quarterly
6. February-ish 2021: Chips with transistors results
7. Moving forward to produce another set of test chips, this time with both transistors and control logic. Ie: the Megabit chip they will use to attract a buyer (if they haven't already begun discussions with February chips)
8. March quarterly
9. (Likely) HGST/ Western Digital partnership extension (if acquisition talks with the broader industry have not taken focus)
10. July quarter 2021: Acquisition

my target acquisition price is well north of 60 cents per share, which is approximately where the top tier company acquisition incentive bonus for directors and eligible US employees starts.
