Exactly.
Not reporting something like a failed batch would be a breach of directors duties.
ASIC don't like directors who breach they're duties.
Check out what ASIC are doing to the iSignthis directors. The guy is facing jail time.
Def. Do you think David, and Wilbert and co. would risk their reputation and penalties from authorities by breaching directors duties?
i do not think so. There is simply no reason for them to conceal something price sensitive like that.
