IMEC would not commit the use of its multi billion dollar fab if the technology was a lemon. We are at the tail end of iterations folks.
Also believe 4DS is holding up resigning the IMEC collaboration as they are wanting to bring things forward. IMEC is most likely assessing if they can meet the proposed timelines set by 4DS before they sign the paperwork.
