Further to the point, identifying “risk’s” does not mean the risk actually occurred during the fabrication process. IMEC and 4DS picked up a possible risk that may “potentially” or may not cause issues. This is very standard practice for any technology while it is going through the iteration process.
Example, Microsoft while developing Windows went through thousands of iterations to get its OS to market.
