August 10th 2020 - "The fabrication of both lots of wafers will commence this quarter......Due to fabrication complexities related to the inclusion of transistors in the Second Platform Lot, the wafers from the Second Platform Lot are expected to be available for testing in early Q1 2021"

December 10th 2020 - "Based on the very limited available time slots on imec’s state of the art equipment, imec committed that the Second Platform Lot wafers will commence mid Q1 2021"

I am all for mitigating risks and getting this done properly, but 4 months have passed and in lieu of getting the 2nd platform lot to test in Q1 2021, they now have a commitment from IMEC to begin fabrication mid Q1 2021?!

It is a strange piece of communication from a company that is typically clear and straightforward with their announcements.

I still don't understand how you can announce you have commenced something, only to follow up 4 months later and say that you will commence in 2+ months time.

On face value it's so glaringly contradictory that I can only conclude they are not trying to say what they have actually said, if that makes any sense.
