B2B traction is the big unknown for me. My own forecasting predicts good uptake, however I don't know how real this is.
The thing that gives me comfort is the success of eBev and Kaddy, these B2B ordering platforms have gained traction simply by digitizing the ordering/invoice process, while adding an extra cost on top for buyers.
Wine Depot will offer a better marketplace, and should be cheaper/unlock more value overall, so it should be a no brainer to switch over, especially in an environment where every cent counts...
