As you know, Lev has a habit of this. Prepare while times are bad, then make a killing when conditions improve.
TWD is showing this now. They restructured things whilst home building in QLD was slow. Now, they're seeing increased sales and a 78% increase in 1H profits. And they believe that will continue.
It's a similar playbook, just with better margins, scalability and larger TAM.
