    CORE FOCUS - STAGE 2:
    Launch Direct-to-Trade Marketplace

    ○ Acquire suppliers:
    ■ small, medium and large wineries
    ■ selected distributors
    ■ International brands looking to self distribute

    ○ Acquire trade buyers (initial focus on SYD & MLB markets)
    ■ hospitality groups
    ■ strategic partnerships (B2B)
    ■ commission agents / referral program

    The focus is now on the 50,000+ venues, retailers & other strategic partnerships in leau of the 2,500 wineries. Also seeking more suppliers.

    STAGE 2 - Direct-to-Trade / Marketplace
    Initially focusing on the SYDNEY & MELBOURNE markets

    ● Develop initial range of circa 2,500 products by engaging:
    ○ Existing AU & NZ customers small & medium wineries that self distribute
    ○ Wineries who have registered interest via pre-marketing initiatives
    ○ Partnerships with selected distributors

    ● Generate initial demand by engaging:
    ○ Online retailers & marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Vivino & Graysonline
    ○ Venues serviced via our existing customers & distributor partnerships
    ○ Commission based agents

    They have easily surpassed 2,500 sku's. With 320 or so brands x 14 sku average = 4,480 so probably near 5,000 sku's.

    Then as momentum builds with B2B go to stage 3 & build up sku's to 20,000 & expand to entire AU. So pivot back to on boarding more suppliers as well as more buyers.

    STAGE 3 - Direct-to-Trade / Marketplace Expansion
    ● Expand range to circa 20,000 product by engaging:
    ○ Additional AU & NZ wineries
    ○ Local craft spirits, cider & beer producers
    ○ International wine and spirit brands
    ○ Importers and agents
    ○ Additional selected distributors

    ● Expand to marketplace to service the entire AU market

    ● Ramp up marketplace demand by engaging:
    ○ Large hospitality groups
    ○ Industry associations
    ○ Partnerships with other buyers groups / order portals
    ○ Venues serviced via our new customers & distributor partnerships
    ○ Additional commission agents to service other markets /

    And finally the international expansion.

    STAGE 4 - Direct-to-Export / International Expansion
    ● WINEDEPOT plans to solidify its presence in Australia before expanding the platform into other key wine markets such as China, USA, UK, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore and New Zealand.

    Follow the blueprints. We are at stage 2. Stage 1 the logistics is done apart from bonded warehouses currently in the works.

    To date DW8 has been signing up the smaller wineries & some big brands. There are numerous hospitality groups with many function rooms for weddings, birthdays etc with hundreds of guests per room. Some operators have thousands of seats.

    More revenue will be generated by a hospitality group with say 1,000 guests week in week out rather than a small winery with 5 sku's. Yes we need all the suppliers big & small but we also need buyers to boost the suppliers sales & make B2B worthwhile.
