Will be interesting to see how the market reacts to this announcements.

Sales are down. But this was expected and alluded to by Dean. Every sales business has seasonal trends, so there's no reason why we should be immune to this.

But in the same announcement we also get news about the Marketplace. So will it balance out?

I don't think this update will get us back to 5c+ but I would be suprised if we fall out of the 4's. Should stay steady with where we are in the mid to high 4's IMO.
