I think the legal case will be slow and drag on, it's with the chinese who do not have a reputation for co-operation with aussie companies at the moment. I think its a great resource however there are many hurdles here, the first being a $15m market cap and the company out of cash. They will be doing a small raise shortly to keep the lights on I would think. Happy to sit on the sidelines until this is resolved as may drag out for months, until the 30% JV is resolved no progress or newsflow.
