the 2.5m raise was earlier this year @ 3.3cents
CAP have 2.8m cash on hand already (at the last qtr report)
The BFS needs significant capital. A raise would dilute the register too much, which is why i believe their offtake negotiations with Mitsui will incorporate some funding arrangement (speculation as nothing has been announced yet)
