Great analysis.
I think it is also important for everyone else to note that we've had significant price inflation in raw materials since study was completed, not just IO.
So I expect the 1B plus CAPEX to rise bigly by BFS release. NPV should still be in the billions range though.
In the end, compelling risk / reward, still a great opportunity here.
Going to the Moon, maybe not Pluto.
