If the DW8 model is about efficiency and cost savings, they'll be in the money here by transforming the business and customers over to wine depot and wine market. They clearly feel they can grow the existing cases from the disti by opening the suppliers up to Vivino, eBay, Amazon and all the restaurants on B2B within Sydney and Melbourne.
It's a good move.
