Went for a drive and there's a third building of the same footprint that's been built at the back of infuse and joined to the existing building with the same type of shade structure. So that'd put the footprint at 9000sqm.






Heaps of new empty racking inside the new building! But also loads of empty pallets between the two existing buildings. Which would make sense as infuse originally built this facility in 2015 so it'd have existing operations.

Did they coincidentally decide to expand to 9000sqm around the same time DW8 announced a 9000sqm facility?
Have we bought this existing business but haven't announced that yet?

Edinburgh parks is a good location, access to plenty of blue collar labour. Most jobs out there are factory/transport. Close to the Barossa, north-south highway and rail. A lot of logistics around there.
