Refrigerated Containers if higher end product being shipped that way, or just working in with the shipping logistics to have the wine more centrally located and 'shielded' by the other containers.
At the end of the day, you wouldn't be moving premium wines this way. Majority is bulk. Temperature will fluctuate but being such a large volume, and not exposed to oxygen it can handle it.
Temperature storage and control is much more vital for wine in a bottle, especially bottles with corks. it is is changing of temperatures that can cause the cork to move and let in oxygen. Thats why they sell us wine fridges for home, and why the climate controlled warehousing DW8 has for the final product is important. Hope this explains it a little bit ?
