While I totally agree with you, in this instance I'm calling semantics.... This is not a simple offtake agreement or funding package, when each domino in the line is dependent upon the one before them. Hence "term sheet" to ensure you're not the lone domino swinging in the breeze. One good nudge and they're all fall down in a flash, just have to correctly position the pieces.
What was interesting about this - The unconfirmed report from the investment firm of a potential dual listing. It seems they spoke out of school, but in my experience where there's smoke, there's usually fire. The option I would feel pretty confident in saying, would at least be under investigation....
