You can easily put trolls...I mean guys in private mode.I use my mobile, so this process may be different in a laptop/pc.
Select "My Account" in the top of the page then choose "Ignored Members". In the Ignored Members page, scroll to the bottom and you'll find the "Ignore Member" section. Start typing the name of the then click "Ignore Member".
No need for them to change their profile.
