Not sure what sort of boost pumping extra borrowed cash into Liontown or Hillgrove would make other than increasing debt, they are constrained by permits and assays at Liontown not cash at this stage , that's out of management's control.

As for Hillgrove , again throwing money at it doesn't change anything, tenders are out and then it starts. There will be plenty of scope for throwing money at Hillgrove if they need to expand the plant but thats some time away after extensive drilling..
