I was only expecting 5-6c dividend so 10c is a surprise. I wonder if hat is because of the conversion of the debt (although that may have been some of the push - OCP may say that they are happy to convert if they get a sizeable dividend), ie. save $27m now, to pay them $3.9m in dividends in September. Can re-use the rest to increase the dividend.
