interesting they say non binding LOI’s for 12 mtpa still in place/valid. I thought they may have lapsed after the years since signed. No big deal, as non binding. But good they’re still active.

we’re getting near to the really pointy end with previous advice the offtakes would come out before BFS, so that’s December latest.

declining IO price irrelevant, as you can see from their suggested premium price; was US$183 when 62% $146, so adjusting for current $112 (big drop last nite), means around US$149 at today’s prices. Still delivering a huge margin on their very low final all up cost.

current bear market savaging everything and we’re no exception. This was and still is a medium/long term investment.
I’m very comfortable holding through to production and beyond.

Bought a small position and want to see through production, 2024 schedule, I guess?
Regarding the finances, when do you think they would do, a CR, for construction costs, etc?
